We are a boutique law firm headquartered in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a few blocks from the Broward County Courthouse and have been at the same location since 1988.

Our practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions including closings, issuance of title insurance, negotiation and preparation of real estate purchase and sale agreements, residential and commercial leases, real estate litigation including complex title matters and residential and commercial evictions. We also routinely handle probate law matters and civil litigation.

This year we celebrate 30 years of continuous practice in Fort Lauderdale. Our real estate experience is extensive, as we have successfully handled over 1,500 real estate closings.
